1. Medical Consultations & Appointments

• Clinical appointments booked online are subject to doctor availability and confirmation.
• Homeopathic treatments are customized to individual symptoms. Medical advice offered online does not replace primary emergency care.
• Patients must provide correct and complete health histories to ensure optimal diagnostic accuracy.

2. E-Commerce & Product Orders

• Product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment for orders can be made via Cash on Delivery (CoD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Direct Bank Transfer.
• Transaction reference IDs must be uploaded for pre-paid mobile wallet or bank transfer orders to be confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if stock quantities are depleted or shipping address details are incomplete.

3. Educational Portal & Materials

• Training courses, clinical notes, and lectures hosted on our training subdomain are restricted to registered students.
• Sharing login credentials, downloading coursework for redistribution, or copying content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Shama Homeo Clinic and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, shipping delays by third-party logistics, or incorrect usage of self-selected medications outside prescribed guidelines.
