Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shama Homeo Clinic, we strive to ensure absolute satisfaction with our healthcare treatments, online courses, and homeopathic remedies. Below are the terms governing cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellations

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time slot without any penalty.
• If you have pre-paid for an appointment and cancel within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be initiated to your bank account/wallet within 2-3 business days.
• No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.

2. Shop Orders & Medicine Returns

• Cancellation: You can cancel your product order free of charge before it is dispatched (usually within 12 hours of placing the order). Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Returns & Exchanges: Homeopathic dilutions, biochemic tablets, and customized liquid remedies are classified as medical products and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to safety and contamination risks.
• Damaged Shipments: If you receive products that are broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, please contact us with proof (photos/videos) within 24 hours of delivery for a free replacement or store credit.

3. Educational Course Enrollments

• Registration fees for clinical workshops, seminars, and learning portal access are non-refundable once course login details have been issued.
• If a seminar is cancelled or rescheduled by the clinic, registered students will receive a 100% refund or can choose to transfer their registration to a future batch.

4. Processing Refunds

All approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer). Please allow 3 to 5 business days for transaction clearances to reflect in your account.
