What is Neuralgia? The term neuralgia refers to a combination of two words "neuro" meaning relating to nerves and "algesia" meaning sensitivity to pain. Neuralgia therefore describes pain felt in one or more nerves. There are two main types of neuralgia which are categorised according to the location of the pain: Central neuralgia This describes neuralgia originating in the spinal cord or brain. Peripheral neuralgia This refers to neuralgia originating in the peripheral nervous system. Common symptoms are: Stabbing pain that follows the path of a nerve. Persistent aching or burning pain. Tingling or numbness. Muscle weakness. Involuntary muscle twitching or cramping. About NEUREX : Masood’s MPW tablets are composition of homeopathic medicines & biochemic salts that are especially formulated by trituration process for the overall health and improvement in symptomatic state. NEUREX tablets are analgesic for sharp and shooting pain along the nerve path that is associated with burning and tingling sensation. Alleviates persistent aching, involuntary muscle twitching, muscular weakness and cramping.

Indications: For management of symptoms of spasmodic pain, hot head and cold extremities. Face flushed. Better from warmth. Ingredients: Each tablet contains: Ferr phos 4x 19.36% w/w Mag phos 3x 19.36% w/w Kali phos 6x 19.36% w/w Spigelia 6x 19.36% w/w Ars alba 4x 19.36% w/w Mode of action: Ferr phos: Ill effects of sun-heat. Mag phos: Neuralgic pains relieved by warmth. Kali phos: One of the greatest nerve remedies. Right-sided neuralgia. Very nervous, irritable. Spigelia: Neuralgia of the fifth nerve is very prominent in its effects. Ars alba: Angry, circumscribed flush of cheeks. Better from heat; from head elevated; warm drinks.
