The attack of what ever character, returns with a clock like regularity. There is pressing frontal headache with severe shooting pain over the left eye extending to the temple and the occiput. Indicated also in case of ciliary’s neuralgia choroiditis when the pains are distinctly periodical. It is indicated in miasmatic fever in low marshy regions and in warm seasons when the chill returns with clock like regularity.
