Clinical

• Bloody urine.
• Cough.
• Diarrhea.
• Dyspnea.
• Headache.
• Impotence.
• Intermittent fever.

Homeopathic

Great relaxation of the whole organism.

Abdomen

Distended by incarcerated gases.

Sharp pains in the sacro-lumbar region.

Bladder

Pains and urging at neck of bladder, and burning in the urethra during urination. Discharge of a few drops of mucus from the urethra. Gonorrhea-like discharge from the urethra. Urine of a deep orange-yellow color, almost red. Deep-red and bloody urine, causing burning in the urethra, from which exuded a whitish mucus after cessation of the bloody urine.

Chest

Very great constriction of the chest, with stitches. Sharp stitches through the chest, towards the shoulders and back. Violent stitches in chest, with dry cough.

Head

Lightning-like stitches through the head backward, which suddenly disappear, while the headache in the forehead remains. Slight headache increases to an intolerable degree.

Lungs

Cough violent, shattering, dry, with stitches in chest. Cough dry, painful, finally ends in a difficult expectoration of tenacious mucus. Respiration difficult, with mucus and sibilant rales over the chest.

Male

Penis flaccid. Complete impotence, no ejaculation of semen, and even no erections. Atrophy of testicles and penis. Pains in the testicles.

Mouth

Tongue coated white.

Rectum

Diarrhea, with griping pains in abdomen. Stools troublesome, frequent, consisting of food evacuated soon after eating.

Skin

Pustular eruption on lower abdomen, neck, body. Eruption thickest on genitals, in the bends of the limbs, on nates, and especially thighs and scrotum. Pustular elevations, like pocks, on the scrotum.

Temperature

Very profuse and debilitating sweats during sleep. Very tormenting, pouring sweat, every time after sleeping, followed by great exhaustion. Complaints assume the form of intermittent fever.
