Leucoderma
Treatment & Remedy Guidelines
Drugs used in the case of leucoderma:
Mostly, this disease occurs due to lack of pigment in the body, disordering of the health or nervous system. In this disease, part of the skin which wants pigment, found white flecks like milk which is called leucoderma. Mostly, this disease affects children below 8 years. This disease mostly occurs on the hands, on the back of the neck, on the face and on the chest. In this disease, first of all, small white flecks appear on the skin and then they are changed into blotch which seems like boil after grouped together. The skin of that place seems white like milk due to generating boils.
In this disease, giving Arsenic-album 30 or Arsenic-iod 6x (trit.) to the suffered child continuously for a week is very effective. After the use of this drug, white fleck disappear slowly. If this drug fails, Sulph-flebum 6x (trit.) should be taken.
If a child feels laziness and difficulty in breathing with this disease, giving 6 potency of Phosphorus is very beneficial.
If a child has other symptoms too with this disease as- sleeplessness especially at night, restlessness while sleeping and tiredness in the body, sad and worried mentally and weak memory, etc. Thus, Zinc-phos 1x or 3x (trit.) should be given.
If this disease had occurred in a hysterical girl, Ignatia 6 should be given.
Besides these drugs, other drugs can be also needed for more benefit as- Sulphur 30, Thuja 6, Calc-carb 30, Calc-phos 6 (trit.), Anti-tart 6, Nitric-acid 6, X-ray 30, Zincum 6 or Rhus-tox 6, etc.
Important note:
It is very useful to rub the pulp of walnut on white flecks. Give things which increases digestion capability. Milk, cadliver, oil, petroleum-imaltion, nutritive ripe fruits, etc. should be given to the child in its diet. Clean and fresh environment is also good for the child. In this disease, giving bath with the water of the Ganga and applying its soil to the child is beneficial. Avoid sweet and sour things and things by which digestive function affected during the treatment of this disease.
