Dream About Pressing The Chest(Nightmare)

The patient dreams while sleeping at night as if something heavy has kept on his chest, due to which he can unable to move from his place and cries loudly. It is called 'The dream of pressing the chest' or bobiana.

Use of different drugs in the disease of nightmare (bobiana):-

1. Kali-broimtum

In the case of nightmare, taking Kali-broimtum 1x before going to bed is beneficial.

2. Nux-vomica

Nux-vomica 6 should be given in the condition of nightmare caused by taking improper diet or by over eating.

3. Sulphur

Giving Sulphur 30 to the patient in the condition of fast heart beat is beneficial.
