Barbers Itch

Introduction

Most of the barbers do not clean his razor after shaving due to which, the bacteria are born (grown) on the edge of razor and reached to the root of beard of other person and becomes the reason of barber's itch.

Use of different drugs in barber's itch:-

1. Tellurium

6 potency of this drug should be used at an interval of every 1 hour in the condition of barber's itch.

2. Hepar-sulph

If itching is due to blisters in the beard, Hepar-sulph 30 or 200 should be used.

3. Rhus-tox

Using Rhus-tox is also very effective in the condition of barber's itch. 30 potency of this drug is very effective.

4. Sulphur-iodide

Using Sulphur-iodide 3x or 3 is beneficial in the conition of barber's itch.

5. Graphites

If barber's itch has become like eczema with sticky secretion, giving Graphites 6 or 30 is beneficial.

6. Calcarea-carb

In the condition of barber's itch, taking Calcarea-carb 30 at an interval of evey 6-6 hours and taking Vaccilinum 200 once in a week or taking Radium-brom 30 is beneficial.
