Sciatica

Introduction

When a person is suffering from pain like neuralgic pain due to burning sensation of the waist nerves or femoral nerves, it is called sciatica. In general, people call it as 'Sciatica'.

Causes

Living in much cold, dry or moist air is the reason of occurring sciatica in any person. Besides them, this disease is also occurred by lifting any heavy weight. Mostly, this disease is occurred due to forming gas inside the stomach, joints pain or neuralgic pain etc. If this disease in not treated on time, it can be the possibility of disease like locomotors atexiudh.

Treatment of this disease by following drugs

1. Amon-mur

If sciatica of a person is aggravated due to sitting at the same place for a long time and is ameliorated by walking and cured completely while sleeping, giving Amon-mur 3x or 3 is very useful.

2. Colocynth

In the condition of sciatica, if pain occurs suddenly or due to exposure to cold, Colocynth 1 or 3 is beneficial.

3. Naphelium

Naphelium 3 or 30 should be given in the symptoms like- cramps with fast pain in the nerves, numbness with fast pain of the affected part, etc.

4. Lyco

conGiving Lyco 12 is very useful in the condition of filling gas in the right organs of the body, aggravating disease in the evening or by touching the painful part, etc. tain

5. Carbonium-sulph

If well chosen remedy (drugs) makes no impression in the chronic sciatica or in the beginning of it, giving Carbonium-sulph provides fast relief.

6. Arsenic

If sciatica or paralysis occurs in old or weak person, giving Arsenic 3 is appropriate. Besides it, hot fomentation is also beneficial.

7. Rhus-tox

If a person has suffered from sciatica due to over wetting, giving Rhus-tox 6 is beneficial.

8. Aconite-If sciatica occurs due to fast air, the patient feels numbness in his body, using Aconite 3x is very useful.

9. Lachesis

If sciatica is aggravated after menopause or after waking up, using Lachesis 3 or 30 is very effective in such types of symptoms.

10. Magnesia-phos

If a sciatica patient feels pain like electric shock which is ameliorated by fomentation, using Magnesia-phos is very effective.
