Atherosclerosis

Introduction

The artery carries pure blood present in the heart to the entire body, but when it becomes tough, is called ‘Atherosclerosis’. This disease occurs also due to high blood pressure. It is occurs also due to fast blood pressure in the artery.

Cause

This disease occurs due to eating food having additional fat. Other reasons are- smoking, much mental problems (tension), fatness, laziness etc. It also occurs due to few other disease like- blood pressure, diabetes, hereditary, etc.

Symptoms

In this disease, symptoms like paralysis, pain in the hands and legs while walking, tiredness, vertigo etc. are found in the patient.

Precautions-

In this disease, if the patient feels pain in his chest and he has fallen down due to vertigo and feels weakness in the hands and legs etc., take treatment immediately.

Note:-

Take exercise regularly. Loose your weight. Avoid (keep away from) mental problems (tension) and do not take liquor (alcohol) and smoking.
